PSPWC operates as a private pay practice. While we are not an in-network provider with any insurance company and do not directly bill insurance, all clients receive the necessary documentation to seek reimbursement directly from your insurance provider.

How do I schedule an appointment, and what’s your cancellation policy?

We offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation for prospective clients. You can initiate the consultation process by completing the online contact form. New patients are not accepted without prior consultation. Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a fee.
